Transformative hypnosis
A brief method.
Resources that belong to you.
Change that lasts.
Transformative hypnosis is a solution-oriented approach to change — not by imposing anything on you, but by guiding you toward what you already carry within.
What it really is
A brief method
of therapeutic change
Transformative hypnosis is a brief method of therapeutic change that, by activating unconscious resources, allows you to find within yourself pathways to freedom and change that you did not know existed — or had forgotten.
It is oriented toward solutions, not toward endless analysis of the past. It does not seek to explain why you are where you are — it helps you find how to move forward. Where other approaches may take years, transformative hypnosis works in depth, but with an effectiveness that can surprise.
The method rests on a simple conviction: your unconscious knows. It knows what you need. It knows the knots, the blockages, the dormant resources. The practitioner’s role is not to tell you what to do, nor to overwhelm you with suggestions — it is to guide you, in the hypnotic state, toward your own answers.
Symbols, metaphors, inner images: these are languages the unconscious understands better than rational words. Transformative hypnosis uses them with precision and gentleness to allow something new to emerge — something that comes from you, and belongs entirely to you.
The only condition for success? Motivation. Not belief, not blind trust — simply the sincere desire to change. That is all this method asks.

to rediscover your momentum and your serenity.

Demystifying
No magic, no surrender,
no loss of control
Stage hypnosis has lodged false images in the collective imagination — the pendulum, deep sleep, suspended will. None of that has anything to do with what happens in a session.
In transformative hypnosis, you are a full participant. You remain conscious, present, in charge of yourself. The hypnotic state is not foreign — it is a natural state you already know: daydreaming, deep absorption, those moments of gentle dissociation between thought and the outside world.
01
You remain yourself
The hypnotic state amplifies your ability to access your inner resources. It takes nothing from you, does not transform you into someone else. What you discover in a session belongs entirely to you.
02
Your unconscious works
Transformative hypnosis speaks to the part of you that already knows — that has recorded, stored, accumulated. It creates the conditions for that inner intelligence to express itself and contribute to your change.
03
The results are real
Neuroimaging studies show measurable changes in brain activity during the hypnotic state. This is not positive suggestion — it is neuroscience applied gently.
Applications
A method of
remarkable versatility
Transformative hypnosis is brief — meaning results can appear quickly, sometimes from the very first session, even if most journeys last between 4 and 10 sessions. But “brief” does not mean superficial. It can reach old knots, deeply rooted patterns, blockages that years of conscious reflection had not managed to untangle.
It is for anyone who feels there is something to change, to set down, or to rediscover. Adults, children and teenagers can all benefit, with adaptations suited to each age.
Anxiety and chronic stress · Self-confidence · Grief and loss · Weight management · Persistent pain · Surgical preparation · Smoking cessation · Sleep disorders · Emotional blockages · Phobias · Mental preparation · Academic difficulties · Emotional management in young people
This list is not exhaustive. If you are wondering whether transformative hypnosis can help you, the first session is the space to discuss it — without commitment, without judgment.
Frequently asked questions
What you may
be wondering
Will I “lose consciousness” or not remember the session?
No. The hypnotic state is not a state of sleep. You are present, conscious, and you will remember what happened. Some people describe a slight sensation of floating or deep relaxation — but they remain fully themselves throughout the session.
What if I am a very rational person, or skeptical?
This is one of the most widespread misconceptions — and one of the most mistaken. Analytical people are often excellent subjects, precisely because they engage actively. The only real condition is motivation. Not belief — just the sincere desire to change something.
How many sessions are needed?
It varies greatly depending on the person and the goals. Some changes begin from the very first session. For other situations, a course of several sessions (often 4 to 10) allows for deeper work. We assess this together at our first meeting, with no commitment on your part.
Can hypnosis bring up painful memories?
Transformative hypnosis is specifically designed not to force re-experiencing. It works with resources, not against wounds. Your unconscious will only give you access to what you are ready to encounter — nothing is forced, nothing is imposed.
Does hypnosis replace medical or psychological care?
No, and that would not be desirable. Transformative hypnosis is a complementary wellness practice. It can work alongside existing medical or psychological care. It can in no way substitute for a diagnosis or medical treatment.
