Life’s challenges
What settles in deeply
can also
be set down.
Some challenges cannot be resolved with time or willpower alone. They call for a different space — deeper, gentler, more direct. Transformative hypnosis can be that space.
WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE
Situations that
that the usual
resources
There are moments in a life when the usual tools are no longer enough. Not because one is fragile — but because the challenge is real, and it touches something deep. A grief that does not end. An exhaustion that has emptied everything. A sadness with no precise name, but present every morning.
Transformative hypnosis does not claim to erase what has happened. It creates the conditions for something to begin to shift — in the place where words alone do not always reach.

This list is not exhaustive. If you are wondering whether your situation can be supported, the first session is the space to speak freely about it.
Areas of support
What hypnosis
can support
Burnout
Professional exhaustion empties far more than energy — it touches identity, meaning, and self-worth. Hypnosis can support the inner rebuilding that follows, by accessing the resources that exhaustion has obscured.
Depression
Hypnosis does not treat depression — it can support it, as a complement to medical or psychiatric care. It works to reactivate inner resources, to reopen spaces of lightness where everything seems closed. Medical follow-up remains essential.
Grief and loss
Loss of a loved one, breakup, separation, end of a career, leaving a country — grief takes a thousand forms. Hypnosis can help navigate what overflows, finding an inner path toward peace without erasing what has mattered.
Trauma and emotional shock
Some events leave an imprint that resists time. Transformative hypnosis works gently on these imprints — without forcing re-experiencing, without reopening what should not be reopened. Your unconscious will only give you access to what you are ready to encounter.
Serious illness and therapeutic journey
In the face of serious illness, hypnosis can support the psychological and emotional state — easing diagnosis-related anxiety, improving the experience of treatment, restoring a sense of control and agency. It does not treat the illness; it supports the person going through it.
Transitions and existential crises
Retirement, career change, relocation, profound questioning — these transitions can destabilize far more than anticipated. Hypnosis helps navigate the in-between, finding an inner thread when the usual landmarks have disappeared.
“
It is not a weakness to be unable to go through certain things alone. It is simply human — and that is why support exists.

Contraindications and limits
Transformative hypnosis is contraindicated in cases of active psychotic episodes, schizophrenia, unstabilized epilepsy, or severe dissociative disorders. In cases of severe depression or diagnosed psychiatric disorder, prior medical consultation is required before any session. Hypnosis can in no way substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Does something here
resonate with you?
The first session carries no commitment. It is a listening space, without judgment, to explore together whether transformative hypnosis can support you.
Transformative hypnosis is a wellness practice. It does not constitute a medical or psychotherapeutic act, does not establish any diagnosis, and does not replace medical or psychological follow-up.
